In-store pickup

In-store pickup is available for all products. Pickups are available Wednesday 11am–6pm, Thursday 11am–6pm, Friday 11am–6pm, Saturday 11am–6pm.

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Do you deliver internationally?

We do not offer international shipping.


If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, you must call Sankofa African & World Bazaar, LLC at the phone number listed below. You will be provided a return authorization number (RAN) to be written on the packaging
to be returned.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale or clearance Items are not eligible for returns, credit or refunds.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
